$150 per 50 minute session

I’m pleased to provide a free 20 minute consultation as an opportunity for both of us to explore your desired outcomes, discuss my modality and philosophy of care, review confidentiality and terms of services, and set future appointments.

I charge debit and credit via HIPAA compliant payment services. I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, and Optum. I am out-of-network for all other insurances, but am happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

Supervision & consultation

$150 per 50 minute session

I offer supervision for pre-licensed therapists seeking guidance, support, and space to grow in their clinical work. My approach to supervision is collaborative and intended to help you identify your unique therapeutic voice while also considering ethics, professional development, and theoretical frameworks. For licensed therapists, I provide consultation with complex cases, refine therapeutic approach, and prevent burnout.
