Supervision

Supervision is a space for reflection, growth, and support as you develop your clinical work. My role is to help therapists-in-training and early-career clinicians think through their cases, strengthen their clinical judgment, and build confidence in their own style of practice.

In our work together, we may discuss case conceptualization, challenges in the therapeutic relationship, professional boundaries, and how to stay grounded in yourself while supporting others.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Washington State Approved Supervisor, which means I can provide supervision hours toward licensure for social workers in Washington. I also offer consultation for licensed therapists who want a steady, collaborative space to reflect on their practice.

My fee for supervision depends on context. For therapists in private practice, I charge the same rate that you charge your patients. For agency-based clinicians or those with financial constraints, we can discuss an adjusted fee.

If you are looking for a thoughtful place to grow in your clinical work, I would be glad to connect with you.
